Refund Policy

At Signature Dives, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to prepare for your personalized dive experience.

Standard Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the first day of diving.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the first day of diving are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions for Extraordinary Circumstances

In rare cases, you may be eligible for a full refund if you are unable to dive due to severe, unavoidable circumstances, including:

  • Security Advisories
    Travel disruptions due to political or civil unrest, such as:

    • Violence or riots

    • Increased military presence

    • Widespread infrastructure damage

  • Travel Restrictions
    Sudden changes to Visa or Passport requirements that make travel legally impossible (this does not include lost or expired documents).

  • Natural Disasters
    Situations that make it unsafe or impossible to travel or dive, including:

    • Severe storms or hurricanes

    • Earthquakes or flooding

    • Tornados or tsunamis

    • Wildfires

    • Blizzards or major winter storms

What to Do Next

If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the above exceptions:

  1. Cancel your reservation as soon as possible.

  2. We’ll guide you through the next steps, which may include providing supporting documentation.

  3. Our team will carefully review your case and notify you of the outcome.
