At Signature Dives, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to prepare for your personalized dive experience.
Standard Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the charter date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the charter date are not eligible for a refund.
Trip Destination Changes
Signature Dives prioritizes the safety of our guests at all times. We reserve the right to change trip destinations or itineraries when sea or weather conditions require adjustments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
If conditions are unfavorable for travel to Culebra, guests will be notified the evening prior to their scheduled trip. In such cases, alternative destinations or routes may be offered. Changes made for safety reasons do not qualify for refunds, as the trip will still be conducted.
By booking with Signature Dives, guests acknowledge and accept that itineraries may be modified based on sea conditions and safety considerations.
Exceptions for Extraordinary Circumstances
In rare cases, you may be eligible for a full refund if you are unable to dive due to severe, unavoidable circumstances, including:

Security Advisories
Travel disruptions due to political or civil unrest, such as:-
Violence or riots

Increased military presence

Widespread infrastructure damage

Travel Restrictions
Sudden changes to Visa or Passport requirements that make travel legally impossible (this does not include lost or expired documents). -
Natural Disasters
Situations that make it unsafe or impossible to travel or dive, including:-
Severe storms or hurricanes

Earthquakes or flooding
-
Tornados or tsunamis
-
Wildfires
-
Blizzards or major winter storms

THINGS TO DO REFUND POLICY
Activities listed in the Things to Do section are booked directly with third-party companies, not through Signature Dives. As such, each company maintains its own refund and cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please reach out to the activity provider directly for assistance.
